On 28 September, a tour was held at R&D and Demonstration Base for carbon recycling at Osaki-Kamijima, Hiroshima Prefecture, to introduce the research and development at the Centre and its implementers to overseas carbon recycling industry representatives from governments and companies in the USA, Europe and Asia. A lively question-and-answer session was held with the R&D implementers, and participants commented that it was wonderful to see the development sites of various carbon recycling technologies at one place.
This project is conducted by Japan Carbon Frontier Organization as a commissioned project of the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO), a national research and development corporation.
