On 4 March 2024, delegations from the Indonesian National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), which has an MOU with NEDO on carbon neutrality, and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and the Ministry of Industry visited the R&D and Demonstration Base for Carbon Recycling at Osaki-Kamijima. After introductions of the overview of R&D Base (from NEDO), and organization and carbon recycling studies of BRIN (from BRIN), a tour of the facility was conducted.
This project is conducted by Japan Carbon Frontier Organization as a commissioned project of the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO), a national research and development corporation.
